When you set up withdrawal methods (financial accounts which you withdraw Upwork earnings to), you may only use accounts (bank accounts, PayPal, Payoneer, etc.) for which you are an actual account holder, using your real name.

You are not allowed to set up withdrawals to bank accounts owned by anybody you choose.

The problem is not to have the same bank account used in two profiles bus as Preston said, the bank account needs to belong to the person, whose profile it is. I mean is the actual owner of the account.

I guess you are talking about your bank account and then no, the other person can not use it as a payment method in Upwork.

If two persons actually own that bank account, then maybe it is not a problem, but I guess that is not the case here.
