Hi,

I already reached $10k earning so the upwork fee should only be 5% not 10% right? Why is that the upwork fee is still 10% on may january 1st 2021 salary? Can you have a look please?

Look at it again: It already says "blended fee" for this next payment, which means that it is charged partly at 10% (the amount up to the $10k), and partly at 5% (on the amount over $10k)

The invoice is for hours you worked last week, when your earnings crossed the threshold.
