I am done with a fixed-price project and I already got paid as well, but hhere is no money on my profile. The contract ends on 16th of this month. Do I have to end the contract in order to make a transaction?

Go to Reports. Everything you need to find out about your payments can be found on there, including your funds from that fixed rate contract. All fxed rate payments are subject to a 5 day security period before you can withdraw them.
