8 pages of complaints and all is good, as it was in July. This time it took 5 hours to rectify, instead of 3 hours. I deal with Upwork, Payoneer....but after 12 years, things get sorted. 

You ever had a Microsoft update that messed things up?

Thanks Upwork. No worries, I always make sure that I have some savings when the inevitable happens, Upwork goes down, Payoneer doesn't work, I get laid off..
