Payments to Freelancer not showing up on the Agency

We are having a bit of a problem with payments received for a contract on which one of the agency's non-exclusive freelancers is working. The funds are showing up on the freelancer's account and not on the Agency's account.

We are not sure if the proposal was submitted or the offer was received on behalf of the agency.

We would like the funds to show up on the agency's account. Is there a way to fix this from upwork?

Hi Devendra,

Thank you for your message. If you are referring to the same contract mentioned in one of your recent support tickets, I see that the contract was accepted on the agency member's freelancer account and not on the agency account. That said, all earnings on this contract will be credited to the agency member's freelancer account directly. If you wish to have this contract on your agency account, you will need to request your client to resend a new offer to your agency account directly.
