This morning I sent 2 payments to Upwork, in order to buy connects. Not only I have to pay to try(!) to work, but nothing changed on my account/transaction history. How is this possible? Starting to be tired...

Unfortunately my patience is out of stock. Not only I have to pay to try(!) to work, nobody knows where are the payments I have made. Not only: the other day Upwork switched my account to private. I am on this platform 12 hours per day, I never left it, I spent the earnings of my last project for the connects. What else do I have to do? I never left this platform, but now...
This is not admissible.
