Payoneer Alternate abilling method

Hi
I am new to upwork as a freelancer. I want to buy more connects by using Payoneers billing service but it is not available in upwork billing methods options only debit/credit card or Paypal is active option while i cant use both of them due to some issues i have option of payoneer ..can plz anyone guide me how to link payoneer account to upwork billing method so that i could buy new connects.

This isn't possible. You'd have to get the Payoneer card and then use that. You can't use the Payooneer account to pay for Connects, only a credit or debit card (including a Payoneer card) or a verified card-backed PayPal account.
