Hope you're having a good day,

1. How do I understand which Payoneer account (email) has been linked to my Upwork account?

2. How can I remove it from my Upwork account?

I can't remember which Payoneer account I've been linked to my account, how can I identify it?

Hi Sourav,

1. To view which account you`ve connected go to Settings > Get Paid > and you will be able to view your Payoneer username next to your method. 

2. Please get in touch with the Payoneer Support Team and ask for your Payoneer account be disassociated from your Upwork account. Once this has been done, please get back to us, or contact our Customer Support Team directly and they will remove your Payoneer account from your payment methods. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the Payoneer account is linked to my Upwork is not mine, that's why I'm unable to disassociate it from the Payoneer account.

Now, what can I do to remove it from my Upwork account?
