I applied for a Payoneer debit card on 09 May,2014 (no- 4340068). My first step(Registration) was completed. But my account is blocked now. I don't know why. Probably I made a mistake to log in my account. Now, Payoneer asks that I ensure pending balance on Odesk. What should I do now? Please friends, share your experience.
