Payoneer payment card

Hi,

I have added my payoneer account to upwork but the status of my payoneer payment card in upwork is inactivee. I have registered in payoneer about two days ago, so I'm a beginner and not aware well. So could you please tell me what I should do to have active status of payoneer payment card in upwork. Do I need to apply for payoneer payment card? If yes, so how. 

I will highly appreciate if you can advise me something.

In order to withdraw earnings, you need to complete a W8BEN Foreign Status Certification. You can check out this help article for more information about that.
