Payoneer support team difficulties

Hi, 

I know this isn't directly to the Upwork team, but since I use Payoneer to withdraw funds and I can't use PayPal or any other payment method due to them not having Kosovo on the list, I wanted to reach out to you to express my frustration with the Payoneer Review Team and their Customer Care Service team. 

I've been trying order a new card since the old one expired and it's been 12 days and still they are not approving my documents that I send for my home address. The issue is that the road systems in Kosovo function differently, and while I explained this thoroughly to the Payoneer team that the utility bill is in my parent's name because most of us live with our families, they still reject my documents and the card order is delayed. 

The main issue is that they take forever to respond and still circle back to the same things, i.e. your utility bill is not in your name... 

I went to the app store and found out that dozens of Upwork freelancers from many different countries have issues such as this and much more, and that their only option to receive their funds is through Payoneer, and most of them, like me, complained that if it was another option in Upwork, we wouldn't be dealing with Payoneer anyways. 

As they are your payment partners, could you please check into this with them to make it easier for us in receiving support help? I'd also suggest checking the reviews from Upwork freelancers on the google play store and app store about Payoneer, you'll find that this is a common issue among us all.

Have own bank account? You can confirm yourself with statement.

I've sent my bank statement... they still didn't accept it because of the address, which is ironical because they accepted that same address one year ago on that same bank statement.

Its a strange. Statement more reliable than utility bill. Try later, maybe another agent will review that.

Multiple agents already have reviewed it and reject it. There is an issue with our addresses and road systems in our country where in some cases a number might be added or not in some of the documents, but that is still the same address, and confirmed by the bank official as well. 

Those same documents were approved when I ordered my last card, even though it was tiresome to deal with the agents reviewing it, I had to send pictures of myself holding the documents until weeks had gone by and they were finally convinced and approved it. 

The issue is with the poor customer service team and delay, as I found out other Upwork freelancers had these issues. Check the reviews on the app store. That's why I made this topic. 

Since Upwork and PayPal doesn't recognize Kosovo I have to have a Payoneer account, otherwise I wouldn't.
