Payooner Inactive and want to buy connect using payooner

i have added payooner account to my upwork it shoe me inactive. can you please help me that i want to upgrade my profile and want to pay through payooner but it show me only paypal or debit card option. Looking for your kind response.

You can't pay for connects or a membership using a Payoneer account, you need a Payoneer card.
