Paypal Limited, Upwork Payment Refund

I have been withdrawing $48 to my paypal account. unknowingly my account has been limited since I don't any have paypal acitivity for a long time( I don't get any client, so there is no payment).

I want to refund the money, so I can transfer it to payoneer acount instead.

Please help me.

Paypal has send me payment but it is still pending.

it is entirely my fault that I'm not checking paypal before drawing money.. sad

I will tried another payment mothed, for next project.

Can any one suggest paypal alternative for asian people?

Thank's for your concern, but I think I have to do this with Paypal Customer Service first.

If I cannot re-activate my Paypal account then I will request refund to Upwork.
