Paypal account can't access and i want my money back in my upwork balance

I want a refund from paypal, as i can't access my paypal account and i do not know how to get my money back that i was transfer from here in upwork, Could you please help me?

Please contact PayPal Customer support to assist you with this, once they have initiated a refund to Upwork you will need to provide the transaction ID to our customer support. Thank you!
