Paypal and Credit Card Rejected

I need to buy connects but the payment system of UpWork dont aceppt any of my payment metods.

I have tried 2 Credit Cards and 1 Paypal account with credit card and always its rejected.

Hi Diego, 

We looked into your account and can see that the bank declined the transaction. Please retry adding your credit card information again, making sure that all information is correct. 

As for your Paypal account, You may need to add an alternative payment method to your PayPal wallet in order to add your PayPal account as a billing method on Upwork.
