Paypal withdraw was not received

I got some money on upwork and I went to transfer it from upwork to my paypal account, this has almost more than 12 hours, and the money is not on my paypal account, I`ve never had this problem before.

why is that and can you fix it?

There are times when withdrawals to Paypal take up to 24-hours before it reflects on your Paypal account. If it doesn't reflect on your Paypal account after 24-hours, please let us know so that we can assist you further.
