Peding offer how to cancel?

I wish to cancel the offer, but I have doubts that the offer will be paid at the end of the date? If so, how can I cancel this offer? detail the offer is like Pending.

The freelancer is not making contact with me.

1. Go to Jobs > My Jobs

2 The job will be under  "Pending Offers" > "View Offer"

3. Click on  "Withdraw Offer"

The Escrow funds (if fixed price) go back to your payment method automatically
