Pending Payment

Hi Upwork,

My client sent me my work bonus payment before 17 days. I was supposed to receive it 5 days. Unfortunately, the date in still pending. Help me out with my problem. Attached here is the proof that it's still pending. He sent it to me as Bonus since she had a problem sending it as milestones And I see upwork suspend buyer account and i can't conract with him he can't active online now. please solve this problem. when i recive this payment it's my only way of living and college admision fee. Thanks

Thank you for your message. I am sorry about your bonus payment. I checked the client's account you are referring to and noticed that we were unable to charge the client's payment method due to an issue with their card. Client will have to clear any pending issues with their account before we release the funds to you.
