Why does it take so long for the payment to be verified and delivered after completing a job? I am an identity verified user. I do not understand why payouts take so long to go through .

Because there are tons of freelancers and payments being processed, you are in a very long line.

Thank you for your message. I see that you are referring to the last payment released by the Client on Nov 17th. Please note that all payments need to complete 5 days security period before they are available for withdrawal. You can refer to the Report page to check the status of your earnings.
