Hi all. This is the second time I found 'Pending' in red colour. What does that mean?

Hi Chloe,
Please note that hourly payments follow the Weekly Billing Cycle. It means that from Monday to Friday following the Work Week the hours you logged during that week go through the client's review period and show In Review. The same goes for the Service Fee transaction related to that payment. However, GST or VAT (if applicable) for that Service Fee will show as Pending right away. This sometimes causes it to show as a negative balance temporarily, however, on Friday once the payment and the fee transactions move to Pending, it'll no longer show in red.

Do you know that for hourly payments, a weekly billing cycle is used. It implies that from Monday to Friday the hours you logged come under the buyer's review and are displayed in Review. The same is the case with the Service Fee transaction. But GST, or VAT for service fee will reveal as pending that moment. On Friday, if the payment and fee transaction go to pending, it will no more be red.
