Pending money won't be released for months?

Hi all - I don't know if I'm reading this incorrectly, but after about a week of payment sitting in pending, I searched the Upwork forums to get some clarification on when my pay would be released. Someone said you can find the release date so I looked - and it's not saying until August and September for my two jobs (which I have completed!)

Can someone clarify, and advise me on how to speed this up considerably?

The date format is Month, Day, Year, so that's June 8th and 9th. Just a few days.

Just as Americans drive on the wrong side of the road, they also put the numbers in the date in the wrong place. So they start with the month, then the day, then the year.

Independance came too early for them 😉
