Pending status second day suborder

Hello!

My client has send me a payment on upwork, but he did not write down the milestone.

And second day in column  "date" there is only word "pending" , without date of receiving the payment. Why is it so?

 Upwork charges once a day, so maybe the payment was issued after yesterday's charging run, and today's charging run has not yet happened.

Unless it stays that way for more than 2 days there is no issue. If it still looks like that after a few days the client's payment method declined the charge ans Upwork has not been able to get the money.

Hi Olenka,

Bonus payments are received after our 5 days security period has finished, the same period is applied on fixed price contracts. The date should be updated soon, as Petra has mentioned above.
