Persistence Delayed payments On MPESA and Local Accounts

Hello 

For some time I have been having issues withdrawing money from my account. Both in my MPESA  and Direct Bank deposits in my local account. 

I have not received money from

19th Ref ID 321057784 and

20th Ref ID 321152199

In all the payments they have been processed yet I have not received any cash. This is more than three days sisnce the time of withdrawal.

What can I do for a lasting solution so that I can get the money as before? i.e. less than two hours in any of my accounts.

Hi Edwin. Has your issue been solved? I'm experiencing the same issue. I have an open support ticket but I'm just being told they are working on the issue. It been three days since I made the withdrawal now.
