Agreeing with Christine, you seem to have done a good job sprinkling your own awesome (great term) on it.

If it works, don't change a thing!

Your profile will appeal to clients who need a technical expert but also those who are nervous about hiring because you come across so approachable and non-threatening.

Personally, I don't think you need to change a thing.

You look like you're doing great - why change anything?

I recommend speaking to Joanna. She has at least 15 pieces of flair, so perhaps you can borrow one.

How do I find a Joanna to ask about pieces of flair?

She is usually by the red stapler.

Scott is making incredibly obscure references to a movie called Office Space (No, I haven't seen it either) where a character called Joanna (Jennifer Aniston) does something that is somehow connected to 15 pieces of flair, and there is a red stapler that has some significance.

Yes, I had to ask Google to figure it out, too.
