Please Help! It says my Client's account is on hold but we cannot access help or support

I am trying to accept an offer but my client's account is on hold, she has received no notice as to why. When either of us try to access Upwork's support or help system it says we do not have access. 

 

More specifically it says: you do not currently have access to this page: Error 403 (A)

 

I am at my wit's end because we cannot resolve this problem if we can't even use the help or support feature.

I checked the job you're referring to and confirmed that you were able to accept the offer. Looks like you're all set!
