I've completed all the eligibility points to become Top Rated. Like, 16/6 weeks, 0 Acc holds, 90+ JSS and $1000 earnings. Can someone here see my profile and fix the issue or should I wait a few days for it?

I checked and it doesn't look like you have +$1000 in 12-month earnings just yet. You can check this in My Stats.
