Please help me chance my location

I have a resident permit card and my address proof for UK but not a passport or a license. Is it still possible for me to chnage the location?

Hi Shilpa,

Could you please clarify if you would like your country to be updated? 
If you`re located/relocating in one country for a longer period of time, you should update your address. If you`re traveling, there's no need to update your address. Thank you.

Well, where do you actually live? That is where you need to set your profile location to.

Do note, however, that your resident permit card does not allow you to work in the UK, which includes freelancing.
