Please help me.

Hi, everyone.
My wife created her account and received the rejected message.
But, when she opens her upwork, the "under review" message displayed. 
It's strange.
Could you kindly explain to it why?
Her profile is **Edited for Community Guidelines**

Hi David,

 

First of all, please keep in mind that sharing accounts is a serious violation of our TOS. If you`re both using one computer, you will need to log out before your wife can log in to her account.

Regarding your wife's account, I will reach out to you via PM with more details. Thank you.

Basically, Upwork has too many freelancers so they are rejecting new accounts.
