Please help me

Hello, how are you
I signed up for upwork less than two weeks ago. In the first four days I got two jobs and a letter from a client wanting to see samples of my work. After that I ran out of connects and wanted to get more. But unfortunately the bank that I placed was not acceptable in upwork, so my account of financial transactions in my account was canceled and then my account was canceled completely. After that I spoke to clients at UpWork and within two days my account was back up and running. But there is something strange. I don't receive messages from anyone. Send requests to work and no one is responding. I spent my 60 conncts but no message. Not invited. nothing at all . I talked to clients at upwork and they told me you never have a problem. The problem is that you do not know how to choose suitable job opportunities.
This bothered me because I have been in this job for about 8 years and have worked 4 years in design companies and have very much experience in motion graphic and 3d modling rendring.
I came to this place to get advice from you
what should I do ? What is the solution in your opinion?
Is my account full and good?
Is my profile so bad? Or is it good as a designer?
What should i do now?
Currently, I have done 16 jobs, and some of them sent ready samples for the work requested by the client, but the resolution is lower. It means that his request is ready, he just needs to talk to me to get the design at the best resolution.
I need your advice what should I do?
I apologize for my bad english
I hope my talk was understandable
Thank you very much

Hi Nibal,

Submitting proposals doesn't always guarantee that you will get hired or get a chance to be interviewed, but you shouldn't give up on sending proposals to potential clients. I would recommend that you check out these topics to help you create proposals that win jobs, and help you boost your career on Upwork:

Thank you.

I read your suggestions and implemented them. I carefully chose the type of work I am good at. Now I have 45 job requests that I have submitted since my account was suspended. I write the request excellently. I send a sample of work with him, choose good prices, choose a good customer, and I never received an invitation, no message, or anything. As if I am not in a father's hip. what should I do ? My account is 100% complete and I made all the settings and the picture is available for I have three completed works before my account is suspended. But my Rising Talent didn't come. I do not have a Rising Talent ... even though I finished the test and got a score of 5.0 out of 5.0. Something strange has happened to me since my account was banned

See account status. There is nothing in it. More than 40 job applications and there are very few visitors. All this after my account was suspended. I am not new to work and I know my field well, and I am a professional designer. For many years I have worked in more than one company. And when I did the upwork for the first week, everything was perfect. But after my account was suspended. Problems began to happen as if I never existed. Please do not send me these links and instructions because I am tired of them and saved and implemented them all and bought a Membership Package, but nothing has changed. Please help me

Hi Nibal,

I certainly understand your concern here. I'd like to reiterate that a past account hold has no impact on whether you get profile visits or contract offers. Users are rotated in search, so there will be highs and lows when it comes to freelancing. This has also been confirmed by some Top Rated Freelancers on the platform. I'd recommend that you continue on improving your profile and skills, as well as sending proposals to those jobs that you believe you're a good fit for, and you will surely see success knocking at your door.

Thank you.

Can you see my profile and make sure that there are no errors,

and give me advice what can be modified?

Just because two things happened at the same time (your account was suspended and then you didn't get work), that doesn't mean that one thing caused the other thing. Freelance work is seldom steady; it's normal to experience highs and lows. You were very fortunate to get projects right away; for many freelancers, it can take weeks or months - if they get hired at all.

You should definitely make some improvements to your profile overview (and if your proposals sound like your profile overview, then they're probably not very compelling either). If all you're doing is listing dozens of things that you know how to do, then it looks like you're not an expert at anything. There's no need to apply to so many projects, either; you should only send proposals if you have something unique to offer, something that will make you the best person for the job. (At the rate you're charging, you won't be able to compete on price.) It's always better to spend 10 minutes writing one proposal than spend 1 minute writing 10 proposals. Figure out what you do best and why a client should hire you instead of one of the thousands of other freelancers who offer the same services that you do.

Also, stop doing free work samples - it makes you look unprofessional and desperate. Anyway, it's unlikely that you'll be able to provide a really good sample without speaking to the client and learning more about their needs, so you're probably doing yourself more harm than good. And if clients think that you can take care of their job in just a few minutes (because nobody sane would spend a lot of time working for free), then they'll probably think that your prices are too high.

I spend roughly 15 to 20 minutes writing my proposal. I would give an example of the design if I had it. And if I don't have one I immediately create one to file with the proposal. I have not taken up a job completely in my specialist field.
In my letter I try to let the customer know my potential
And comfortable with me. But I would be a burden to him. I read the details of the job well.
A few days ago an expert freelance person from upwork wrote me three proposals and he usually works out most of the time. But it didn't succeed in my account not once, and we were surprised. Because the proposal I sent was for a job where no one else is present and there was an example of the work ready. I sent it with the proposal and the proposal was very good. But nothing came to me. (I knew that no one had come to work because at the time there was no rate for the design price) I was the first person to register
This happened more than once
This is strange
What's more, I don't have a Rising Talent
Although I did everything perfectly in the profile and the exam. I finished my three studies with complete success and very quickly before the deadline
I spoke to the support and they told me maybe there is a mistake due to the Rising Talent. We will review it within 48 to 72 hours
I am really amazed at these things

........

Note I am sending a sample when the customer requests this thing. In the field of design, a lot of customers ask for a pre-sample to work similar to the design they want. Example yesterday, a client requested a watch design. And he wants an earlier example that I designed. Without the example, no one will accept. This is what usually happens.

No, it's NOT what usually happens - I never send free samples, and I've been hired hundreds of times. If a client wants to see my work, that's what my portfolio is for. It's actually against Upwork's terms of service for a client to ask for free work, so you should be reporting those who do and stop wasting your time. Even if you watermark something or if you only provide a low resolution file, your idea is worth more than just the execution of the idea, and a client can just steal that and get a cheaper designer to recreate it.

Anyway, you asked for advice so I tried to help. If you think that you already know everything, then why ask?

Nibal, try moving the last paragraph of your profile to the top, followed by your list of abilities.  See how that works.

I'll try it, I'll put the 3D desing option on the top and Motion Graphics at the bottom. Thank you for this advice

I'll try it,

I apologize if I was harsh in my words or arrogant. But I am really mad and surprised. I will show you some examples of what is happening with me. This is a customer who needs to design a watch and I sent him an old watch design for me. Now he has around 15 to 20 proposals

And he called 15 people. I am not one of them lol. Even though I sent him a low resolution model that I made a while ago. My price was very good, but nothing came to me. I know you don't like to send a sample. I will not do that anymore. But I tell you no end with me. If you were me, would you consider this normal or would you feel crazy?
This customer also requested to send work samples. You can see this in the last line of business details
