Please help with my issue

My account are suspended now because of irregular activity, i gave support everything about what they asked yesterday but dont know how much time it would take to make my account active again. Now i have 2 clients who wanna make contract with me and 3 contracts which i wanna close very soon, but i cant get paid because of suspended. Can someome please let me know how to make support answer faster? Dont wanna lose this jobs

Hi Martha, 

First, mail to Upwork support telling your situation. Then contact your clients. And discuss your current situation. Tell for wait until the suspension cleared. In the meantime, you can support your clients.
