Please how do I seek redress if I feel I have been disenfranchised by a client?.

Hello Upwork Support,

 

Please how do I seek redress if I feel I have been disenfranchised by a client on the platform?.

 

I have done everything this client asked for, I even did about three reviews.

 

I am suspecting this client doesn't want to pay after I've sent him all the files.

Hi Ini,
 
Thank you for reaching out to us. If the client has simply stopped responding but the milestone was funded in Escrow, then the client has 14 days from the most recent work submission on a milestone to review and request any changes. If they take no action in 14 days, the funds in Escrow will be released to you.
 
Generally, you don't want to submit same work more than once, since this resets the clock and you will have to wait 14 days from your most recent submission for the funds to be released if the client does not take action.
