Hello. I was using upwork many years ago as a freelancer and I want to come back and continue working in upwork. The problem is that I have received an automated notification that I should contact customer care to put my account to public mode because it is in private mode. Please provide me with a link/URl where I should contact customer support

Esther, this is the link where you will get, why your profile put into private mode and how to get back profile to public mode.

Once you start earning again, your profile will be set to public mode again. In private mode, you can apply for jobs.:-)
