Please stop charging monthly billing cycle

Hello, 

 

I am getting charged every month for subscription and connection, can you please stop charging from this month.

 

I am on a break for few months and do not wish to get charged.

 

Card ending number: **Edited for Community Guidelines**

Name on the card: Jigar **Edited for Community Guidelines**

Simply change your membership back to Basic.

  1. Go to Memberships and Connects
  2. Click on View or Edit Membership Plan
  3. Choose "Basic"

I just checked I am on my basic plan but then to I am getting charged for no reason.

 

Here is the proof of deduction of August month ALERT:**Edited for Community Guidelines**

 

And I am getting charged from last 3 4 months tried to contact support but no one is replying.
