Please try restarting your app.

Hi guys. OK, so i'm working on upwork for a while now at this point and everything was fine,
then suddenly today i keep seeing this message the whole day. I searched similar issues, tried to clear cache etc but this is not helping, i suspect i'm somehow blocked by ip, but why ? It seems like some kind of a bug in upwork desktop app ? Anyways i'm not sure how to proceed as i have deadline on the tasks from my client and i'm basically blocked. Another thread suggested to find button in app ui to submit issue but in the current app view such button does not exist unfortunately.
Any help appreciated. Thanks for your support. (attaching screenshot)
