So all of a sudden I noticed my membership is now under the basic category, I did not change this at any point since starting my plus subscription, already billed for the month of January (Jan 1st), I have the transaction recorded in my transaction history page, yet my membership is clearly shown as basic. Any ideas?
I checked your account and can see that your Connects are intact, but the membership plan is indeed showing as "Freelancer Basic." I've shared your account information with the the Customer Support Team and they will look into this and assist you further.
