Policy alert - Contact Information

Hi Upwork, I accidentaly sent a potential client a link to my Linkedin and found it wasn't allowed, which now in hindsight I understand, it contains outside contact info. 

As I was copying links from my notepad like my Figma portfolio with past works I also accidentaly copied the Linkedin link and got a warning. I really hope you can see this as an honest mistake as I actively use Upwork and I've never done anything illegal, thanks! 

I'd like to get in touch with a support agent on this topic if possible please.

Thank you for your message. I'd like to clarify that the policy reminder notification appears to remind users of our Terms of Service, which prohibits sharing direct contact information. It may also trigger if you are sharing contact information while communicating on a different chatroom. If you need to share contact information, make sure to do so only after the contract is in place. Please keep in mind, though, that multiple violations may lead to actions on your account. If you already have a contract in place, be sure to use the contract room for communication.
