I have mentioned everything client require. i did't attached file and it not required by client. Clinet mention Three skilss Typescript,Graphql,css and i have listed these skill in profile and also in puposal

Probably because you plagiarised your profile? A simple copy and paste on google shows exactly where the content of your profile introduction is from. Clients do not want dishonest freelancers.
