Portfolio Update: "Sorry Something went wring. Please try again"

I've been trying to update this portfolio for a couple of weeks, but everytime I try yo update it, I get the error message  "Sorry Something went wring. Please try again"

I am simply trying to change the cover image. Why do I keep getting this error?

Hi Sharon,

Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with another browser to update your portfolio? Thank you.

OK - here's what I have found - if I try to change the cover image, I get
the error message. If I go back in and choose the original cover image, it
publishes the portfolio, BUT it loses the image link. Please see attached
screenshots. But it saves the portfolio and I do not get the error message.

I just recreated the portfolio - it was faster than trying to resolve this ongoing problem.

I was checking this with our team. If you experience the same problem again, please don't delete your portfolio item so that our team can investigate it accordingly.

Oh - but I did not delete the original one! I left it there for you to
troubleshoot. It's titled "Lola's Burger BarXX" and it's the last one in
the list. the new one - which is working - is Lola's Burger bar 2.

So - please look at Lola's Burger BarXX and hopefully you can troubleshoot
it.

Thank you for following up. Could you please check if the portfolio item you're trying to publish does not contain any contact information or the web site links with the contact information within it?

It does not contain any links with contact information. It does contain a
link to the restaurants web site, so that clients can see my work.
