Portfolio category item not editabable

I would like to add a new portfolio item, but with the new layout tool, it does not allow me to change the design category. I only have one grayed out option unable to change. I thought that it was due to the fact that I created it in specialised profile, but it does not work even when I try to create a new item again. 

 

Also, there was a custom filter with a portfolio, that I am not able to edit/change any more.

Hi Stefan,

 

Please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with another browser to change the template. If you`re still experiencing the same problem on your end, please share a screenshot from your end. Thank you.

Thank you for the suggestions.

I have tried both of them, but with the same results. I look like this section and functionality have been updated while the old settings do not match the update with some bugs, like the skill field, category filter, not editable anymore.

 

Also, I can only add a new items as a Presentation design category.

I received an email to have my portfolio reviewed for skills certification in image editing.   The problem is that most of my image editing portfolio projects are listed under "Photography" or "Graphic Design" because they were the only options at the time.  How can I go about switching the projects from "Photography" to "Image Editing"?  I actually just tried it and I received a message to try again later.  I'd hate to be turned down for the certification because the right category was not available at the time.   I do not have a specialized profile, and prefer to keep it that way.  Thank You.

When you hover over your portfolio item you should be able to click on the pencil icon to edit your portfolio. If you`re receiving any errors on your end, please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in via another browser. Thank you.

Hi Goran.....

Here's what happens after clicking on the pencil icon:

Go to select template>>Select template (I chose classic)>>Go to add details>>Go to preview>>Publish

Then I get the attached message.

 I've done that, and tried another browser.  I get the same error message.
