Portfolio creation for Virtual Assistant

Hi!

I would like to get more jobs now. I've been at upwork for the past 5 years and I've been doing well but I would like to do much better. I've been thinking about updating my profile and create a portfolio but as a virtual assistant, most of my tasks are related to answering calls, sending emails. social media management,  Wordpress edit, Mailchimp, research, organizing calendars, etc

Could you give me some ideas about what can I put in my portfolio?  for example, how do I show I work great with emails or google docs or WordPress?
