Portfolio entry Under Review status

Hi! I'm a new freelancer here. I would like to ask about the Portfolio section in freelancer's Profile.

I created a new entry in my Portfolio from my previous work (with permission from my client) but it indicates "UNDER REVIEW". This is not yet visible on my profile's public view.

 

I was wondering if I did something wrong or how long will it take for the admin's approval?

Hi Marjorie,

 

The client is notified via email about your request to link their contract to a portfolio item. If they don't reject the request during 3 days, the item will be publicly linked in your Work History.

If your client hasn't received email notification about the contract being linked, they may need to check their spam folder or contact customer support for further assistance. Thank you!
