Portfolio not opening

I've had two prospects now tell me they cannot open my portfolio link.  What's up with that?

There might be a chance that they have adblocker or someother browser plugin blocking their view. you can suggest them to clear browser cache or try to view in different browser.

Also, when I click on it, it says "It is not safe to download this file.  If you really need to, contact customer support."

I checked this for you and I was not able to replicate the issue you're experiencing. In some cases, malware scanning will remove embedded macros, formulas, or active content that is deemed potentially malicious. Please see this page for more information about Upwork's Trust & Safety processes.
