Portfolio photo is cut

Hello everyone, 

I try to upload some photos for my portfolio but they get cut. 
Instead of the full picture, I get them cut. I tried to resize but nothing helps.

Could you please advise? Thank you.

Just move the photo around to adjust accordingly to how they are being cropped by Upwork's system. Submit the photo cropped accordingly. Have a great day!

Minimum size of portfolio image is 400px width and 300px height.
