I have been trying to contact Upwork support but I can't find any button/place to submit a support ticket. Can you guide me how to submit a ticket? Thank you!

You can contact the Customer Support team by clicking the question mark (?) icon on the bottom right of this link. Select 'Ask Something else' once the chat window is initiated and then click 'Contact Support'. Feel free to ask your questions here so one of our members can assist you.
