I am not sure but am I allowed to post my email for the potential clients? if they need to send documents etc? or i am restricted in mentioning any 3rd party communication softwares? let me know thanks!

You are allowed to use other methods of communication to discuss the project with your client or to share documents relevant to the project you're working on. Please also note that all payments must be done through Upwork. Thank you!
