Posting work in progress on an ongoing project

I have a project which is planned to include a lot of ongoing images.  I would like to post illustrations as I complete them.  I have the client's permission but it seems I cant connect an image to a job until the job is finished. Is that true?  This project may take months with a lot of individual finished images and I hope I can post as I go so it keeps my profile up to date.
