Hi there!
I'm curious if anyone here has any insight into this. I know taking clients off of upwork is a big no-no but I have a long term client that has expressed interest in me potentially just becoming a full time employee with them instead of a freelancer. I would no longer be billing them as a freelancer but I would become a w2 taxed and salaried employee, potentially no longer using upwork at all or mainly just as a side hustle.
Anybody have similar situations or suggestions about this?

If it's been more than two years since you met the client, you're free to conduct all business off Upwork. If not, the conversion fee would apply.
