'Previous client' tag on job posts

Hi Upwork,

I have stopped seeing blue 'previous client' tag in job posts. 

By accident I found out that I have already worked with some clients that were posting jobs.

That feature is very useful as you don't have to spend connectc to apply, you can ping the client directly.

Is this feature being removed? If yes, why?
