Private Feedback Visible to Freelancers?

Greetings,

I'm somewhat new and want to suggest to Upwork that the "private" feedback clients give about freelancers should and can be shared in an anonymous, structured and constructive way with freelancers.

I'm imagining there are categories/areas of feedback that either already are or could be captured and shared in a way that helps freelancers to offer better service, and that won't create a culture of wondering who is giving us 5's publically but really doesn't like something we're doing. Anonymous feedback can be wonderful - if it's shared in a timely and constructive manner.

I believe Upwork would benefit from this change, and I'd like to hear back from someone on how likely this will be implemented, or if not, why not?

I appreciate your time and look forward to your response.

John

Your private feedback score is used to calculate the clients who would recommend number on your stats page. If it goes down, you have made someone unhappy.

It's not true.

The incorrect reply. Sorry. I'm about "clients who would recommend you". I have one contract with both bad feedbacks and my JSS dropped, but "clients..." not.

Client and freelancer give to each other a 1 in private, is it more better for JSS then freelancer give a 10 and client - 1? Or it doesn't matter?

 It does not matter.

And the Clients-who-would-recommend metric does not update at the same time as the JSS. When it is really low it may not change much (or at all) when the JSS dips because it is also over the lifetime of a profile rathe than just a 6 month, 12 month or 24 month window like the JSS.
