I was just wondering about the private talent cloud, is there any articles talking about it and how to gain access to it?
if not can you please tell what is it and what misses those who don't have access.

The only way you can gain access is by being hired by certain Enterprise clients. You don't miss much if you are not in a talent cloud, it is just a place where Enterprise clients "store" their favourite freelancers and from time to time post jobs to the talent cloud.

Please know that users will have to be invited to the Talent Cloud to have access to it.
